Baguio Plane Crash Video: The Medical Evacuation of Col. Reynaldo Garcia

It was in the morning of April 11, 2011 that Airgurus Ltd. Co.'s SkyAid helicopter did the medical evacuation or medical transport of two (2) victims / survivors of the April 10, 2011 plane crash in Camp John Hay, Baguio City namely Col. Reynaldo Garcia (the ill-fated plane's pilot) and passenger Vanessa Cabiso.



Vanessa Cabiso and Col. Reynaldo Reyes had rapid air transport from Baguio General Hospital (BGH) to St. Luke's Hospital, Global City for further, immediate and apt medical attention. Airgurus' helicopter arrived at the said medical facility at 10:45am.

April 12, 2011 at 5:45 pm, Cyberbees managed to take the footage of Airgurus helicopter's arrival at the helipad of Makati Medical Center.


The medical evacuation of a 72 years old woman, Perla Soen from Romblon, Philippines to Makati Medical Center in Manila. Mrs. Soen needed to be on a bed-to-bed transfer from Romblon to an apt medical facility in Manila for her case which is Myocardial Infraction.

Airgurus successfully brought Mrs. Soen through her golden hours safely to a medical facility which will give her the further treatment she needs. Here is the full video of this successful and professional medical evacuation:

Airgurus Transported The Baguio Plane Crash Survivors

Two people were killed while four others were hurt Sunday after the private plane they were on crashed inside Camp John Hay in Baguio City. The six-seater Piper Aspect (tail number RPC 5140) crash landed on pine trees at around 2:53 p.m.





The plane, which took off from Loakan Airport en route to Plaridel town in Bulacan, crashed near the horse-back riding station of the popular mountain resort. The aircraft was "totally burned," and firefighters from the area have already put out the fire caused by the plane crash.


 
Critical burn victims Col. Reynaldo Garcia (the ill-fated plane's pilot) and passenger Vanessa Cabiso were medically transported by Airgurus Ltd. Co.'s helicopter from Baguio City to St. Luke's Hospital in Global City, Taguig last April 11, 2011.

AIRGURUS' MEDEVAC OF 2 CRITICAL PATIENTS FROM PIPER AZTEC RPC 5140 PLANE CRASH

April 11, 2011: As of 10:45 am, Airgurus Ltd. Co.'s SkyAid helicopter did the medical evacuation or medical transport of two (2) victims / survivors of the April 10, 2011 plane crash in Camp John Hay, Baguio City.










The passengers were two (2) of the survivors from the unfortunate crash of the six-seater Piper Aztec with tail number RPC 5140 said to be owned and operated by Technoair Corporation. Vanessa Cabiso and Col. Reynaldo Reyes had rapid air transport from Baguio General Hospital (BGH) to St. Luke's Hospital, Global City for further, immediate and apt medical attention.













Both patients were in stable condition, both conscious from Baguio City to St. Luke's Hospital. Utilizing one helicopter, the SkyAid medical team worked on with a number of intricate details that were arranged to properly care for the two critical patients at once. The flight was very successful and the patients arrived on schedule for further treatment.
















Airgurus' SkyAid Team who performed the medical evacuation (medevac) for these survivors was composed of the highly-skilled chief helicopter pilot of Airgurus' - Capt. Harry Harvey Lero, Aeromed's Chief Critical Care Flight Nurse - Roberto Macapagal and SkyAid's Flight Physician - Dr. Norman Calderon. SkyAid's other critical care flight crew were on a standby at St. Luke's Hospital Global City's helipad to assist in the transfer. 








The ill-fated Piper Aztec RPC 5140 took off from Loakan Airport en route to Plaridel town in Bulacan and crashed near the horse-back riding station of Baguio City. Two passengers.... Jose George and Grace Alvarez were earlier confirmed killed.
